Wake up calls … Long Distance woes

PANO_20150314_191610

Two of my poems which i wrote for Td  during our long distance courtship ..I would always imagine him waking up for office and i would be home by then back from my office in India . I used to compose some random lines .. yearning in my heart , love for him made me a poet for a while ..

nayan ki chaya mai,
Gehri si kaya mai…
Chote chote chah leke ayi hun isiliye mai…
Choon na sakoge,
Na ehsaas karoge,
Bas pyar se sawar lungi tumhe,
Itna sa khayal hai mujhe..

Translation :

Under the shadow of your eyes, beneath the deepness of yours soul, little wishes i have brought along with me,cannot touch me , or you may not even feel me… but i have quite a thought  that  i can still adorn you  with my love ..my dear

This was one poem i wrote for him  when on weekends we used to talk the whole night till the next day morning .. when my daytime in India would start and his night would start ..   🙂

ankein khuli….
soye na khoye…
kaunsi ye duniya hai….
jisme tum aur hum khoye…

Translation:

open eyes , not slept nor lost ,which world is this my dear , where u and me are lost ?
