Resolutions are meant to be broken , simple aint it? everyone of us makes a huge list of resolutions every year in the midst of new year party , with flowing cocktails and loud music , on the dance floor and some in the solitude of their home , beside the fireplace , on the kitchen table when suddenly you remember “ oh yes this coming week ,one whole year is going to be finished , better i start putting down that huge list “ ..i started making mine when i was halfway through my chocolate ice cream .. hehehe , now you know one of my resolution..
it happens so , when we are on the verge of new year and we are doing something that mostly we shouldn’t be doing like eating a whole chocolate ice cream alone , sleeping whole day , not exercising daily , not finishing the book started last year or may be spending almost half of the salary in first 10 days of getting it, on all those stuffs that are no doubt beautiful but c’mon we can’t disagree are useless .. or kind of too pricy!!
we put all these in our to not do list and start making our resolution list like as if we have this big bucket of remorseless pleasure that we want to present ourselves for one last time.
“ let me just do it this one last time, let me eat this
delicious cookie, let me just skip today’s exercise , anyway new year is coming, i will not do all these in the fresh new year .. Ahha ..this will be my Resolution !! for this year”
